Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order up to to 7 days after the date on which the order was placed and paid for in full. After this time unfortunately we cannot accept cancellation of your order as work would have begun on your personalised gift.
Please note that if an impression kit has been despatched to yourself the cost of this will be deducted from any refund given unless returned to us complete.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised goods unless they are faulty or damaged.
Please inspect the goods when you receive them for damage. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem.
Please ensure you have ordered your items correctly, with any spellings of names or messages spelt as you intended. The Dinky Fingerprint company are not responsible for any errors in information supplied by the customer. If we have made a mistake on your order and items are to be returned please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond within 48 hours advising what to do. We recommend that goods be returned to us via recorded delivery and a receipt is obtained for proof of postage. Until we receive the returns they are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care.
Shipping and Handling
Fingerprint impression kits are sent out by Royal Mail First Class post as soon as we have received your order and full payment. A SAE is included in our impression kit for you to return the impressions to us.
All finished Jewellery items for UK delivery can either be sent by "Royal Mail Next day Special Delivery" starting at £7. This service includes insurance up to £500 and a signature will be required upon delivery, or "Royal Mail Signed For" at £4. This option will take a few days to arrive and has no insurance cover.
Postage rates cover the cost of the fingerprint impression kit and for your gift to be returned to you.
If you do not receive your gifts please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com We will do everything possible to resolve the problem. Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace your order until Royal Mail classify a parcel as lost.
Outside the UK
All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by "Royal Mail International Signed For" service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please note that there is an additional postage charge for international orders. The cost of returning the Fingerprint Impression Kit is to be met by the purchaser.
